1. A vessel contains 36 L of milk. 12 L of milk is taken out. and is replaced by an equal amount of water. If this process is repeated once more, then what will be the final quantity of milk in the vessel?
2. Rice is mixed in the ratio of 2 : 3 and sold at Rs. 22 per Kg, resulting in a profit of 10%. If the cost of the smaller quantity be Rs. 14 per Kg, The cost per Kg of the larger quantity is?

4. An amount of 1,59,000 was divided among A, B and C in the ratio of 5 : 3 : 3 in a manner such that a certain amount of 5000 from the total was divided in the ratio of 2 : 3 before such division. What is the share of A and B?
5. Raju's father is thrice as old as Raju was 2 years ago. Five years from now, Raju's father will be 6 years, more than 2 times of Raju's age. What is Raju's present age?
6. A, B and C enter into a partnership with an amount of 10,000 each. After 4 months, A invests an additional Rs. 2000. Three months later B invests Rs. 4,000 more. And C at the same time withdraws Rs. 2000. Profits at the end of the year were Rs. 2,17,000. What are their respective shares if C is to be allowed Rs. 2,000 as salary per month from profits  at the end?
7. Ram, Syam and Uday share profits in the ratio of 12 : 1 : 5. If Uday's share is 12,500, then what was the profit of the firm?
